zZKey can read all SL3 and Infineon Xgold 213 via usb.

Except old sl3 rap3gv3 like 5130 (not supported read hash by any box. not possible).

Except all rap3gv3 models. 5130, 6303c, etc. - As elcapitel wrote above, that's not possible by any tool via USB. So it is not real incompleteness.
You have to use one micro USB and two FBUS connectors - that's almost enough. 6303c and UFCV1 cable 3 for 5130 family.
(If no older models with highest versions appear, for example 6300 v57.20 SL3 - that's one more UFC FBUS. )
Cyclone can't read LBF from C2-01.
