X3-02 need help


the phone is in working condition and all good need only to uprade request by the *******r so i flashed it on 7.15 version at the end of flashing phone didnt come to local mode and now it blinking so i try to program again and its goes now to local mode read info ok problem the imei is damage now 123456..... so i restore the backup rpl only NPC have a backup when put it back TO phone contact service ..

NEED HELP ANYTHING POSSIBLE SOLUTION TO RESTORE IT BACK TO ITS NORMAL CONDITION ONLY I HAVE IS THE NPC BACKUP OF THIS PHONE..

if no - solution is only buy bb5 rpl .
