X6 very strange when i flash i can see local mode but can not turn on?

hi guys i have strange problem on my x6, when i flash i can see local mode but when i put the battery and try to turn on only vibrates. after when i connect with software can not read after i flash again i can see local mode. i try to turn on with normal mode software i can not turn on can some plz explain me what to do how do i solve this problem? here my log

already try this jumper stil same only vibrate strange thing is when i flash phone and connect with cable i can see test mode any other solution u have i can try? if i make this jumper + and bsi line get short it should be do like this right?
