is there any tool to reset user lock to "0000" on T39 m any suggestion will be a great help

You need dongle and visit this site.

After that click in Online Update, and wait.... for install EMMA II.
This is online install EMMA II.

EMMA work without dongle? dongle-emulator?

EMMA II can do it if you have dongle and service smartcard from ericsson. The emulator worked fine until last week and now its not work at all. If anyone have working crack (exept VSH-GSM) please mail me an offer.
