Find any unlocked R250 and clone it using Saras Tool 1.7.
Also, restoring calibration values would be a good idea.

Flashes from 888 or 868 are not suitable for R250 because of their lacking support for loudspeaker.

Remember i asked you one time about this fuc*ing speaker???
You said to clone it......well i did it->then TAMPERED!!!!!!!!!!
I couldnt get it to work again,only with flashing again with 888 flash.......when i put r250 flash and eeprom.....again TAMPERED!!!!!!!!!!
I tried all possible solutions.......
Then i sent it to ericsson service center......you know what they told me????
IMPOSSIBLE TO REPAIR IT BY ERICCSON SERVICE CENTER EXCEPT IN BELGIUM?????????????

Maybe it would be a good idea to return the phone to working condition using 888 flash and take it to ericsson service centre for software update. That should work. I will do it today.

I don't know what you have done wrong, but the solution laed has given is the only posibility! I have found out the same:

You will get TAMPERED everytime use use non suitable flash EEPROM and IMEI!

R250s PRO only works with EEPROM and flash of the same mobile. You can't change the IMEI to original IMEI of the mobile you want to unlock. You MUST use the IMEI of the mobile flash and EEPROM are taken from!!

This works!!!!!!!! But You have 100% clone incl. IMEI!

I think this won't work, because EMMA2 recognizes wrong the SW. At the SP they always have to scan IMEI and after that IMEI from mobile is read out. EMMA looks for flash because of IMEI -> if it is SH888-IMEI you won't get a R250s PRO flash!

Longtime ago I had the problem with a R250s which has been unlocked by EEPROM. I don't know hiw they made it. But I wanted to get a SW update at SP and EMMA killed my mobile! Only solution is the clone-procedure!!

To Abe:

Send me your R250 eeprom dump, I repair it.
But after that you need to flash it by EMMA or EMMA2 with R250 flash (Not 868!!!).
After this your phone will be OK.
