First method:

  1. Switch off the handset.
  2. Now navigate to Settings -> Backup & reset -> Factory Data Reset -> Reset Phone.
  3. Then choose option option "Erase everything", and confirm that.
  4. Success!
Second method:

  1. Please download flashtool from Sony website: Flash tool for Xperia? devices ? Developer World
  2. Install drivers for your USB data cable.
  3. Then power off your device.
  4. After that press and hold Volume Down, and connect to USB cable.

First method:

  1. Turn on your phone.
  2. On dialer please enter the code: *#*#7378423#*#*
  3. On the screen will display menu that you see in the picture below. Select -> Customization Settings
  4. Then select -> Reset customization and confirm.
  5. Wait until the phone reboots. (This may take 3-4 minutes)
Second method:

  1. Press Power button until your phone is on.
  2. Next goto Settings -> Backup & reset -> Factory Data Reset -> Reset Phone -> Erase everything.
  3. Confirm that operation.
  4. Done!
Third method:

  1. Download program named flashtool from Sony website: Flash tool for Xperia? devices ? Developer World
  2. Then check, that you have installed drivers for your USB data cable.
