Emma II problems - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

I have EMMA II with original Smarcard and Hardlock, but since 2 or 3 weeks I can't made anymore updates, the programs always read the eeprom but don't upload the new soft it says disconnect telephone.

Can anyone help me please.

-Are you using green flashadapter for flashing,because emma doesn't work with normal cable!
-I was same problem,when i use code reader soft,it sometimes renamed the directory hex-loader in emma system and when i wrote back the good name ,everything was ok.

Yes I Have the Green Adapter NTZ 112 334, can you tell me what can I do ? Which directory must be renamed.

Ok It seems that I'm the only one with this problem.
my problem isn't soved til now.

I'm desesperated what can I do ?

What phonetype try to flash?
-Maybe your servicecard needs update!
-Did you try online flashing?

I tried online and offline always the same message.

How can I update my smartcard?

I try with T68, T39, T65 and many more.
