Can anyone help me to unlock the above 'phone.

I've ordered a T28 cable but I've no idea what software I need. Could you please point me to where I could download suitable software, and how to go about unlocking it?

Bohosh, I wonder if you can help me. I've run the software but when I press No to switch on my 'phone, I get the message "too slow." I have run similar software and it comes up "time out", which I suppose means the same thing.

Any ideas?
