Ericsson R190 firmware disassembling - GSM-Forum

I have Ericsson R190 satellite phone firmware flashfile.
As far as I know, this phone uses chip based on Z80 instruction set.
I want to disassemble firmware flashfile (2 Mbyte) with IDA, but Z80 can address only 64K.
Does anybody know how to correctly do this?
