Ericsson T28 "dead" after flashed eeprom

first time i flash eeprom ,phone started up OK, but i see nothing on phonescreen, i think the eepromfile was wrong, so i try another one, then phone is "dead", can't start phone anymore, any fix for this?

flash program want me too press "NO" on phone, and that doesn't work when phone is dead, any program that don't need power on phone?

To press No u must do it when mobile is OFF...........it MUST WORK WHEN PHONE IS OFF..........that means that it must WORK WHEN IS DEAD ALSO::::..............

i use ATR Service 5.3 to write/flash and program Doesn't work anymore it want me too press "NO" button and don't feel it when i do that,(it works before phone get dead) i think u most have a working phone who can switch on/off, program doesn't work if u have empty battery, so i need a flash/eeprom program who don't need power on phone, does Univesal SP Unlocker works?

Maybe im answering you a bit late.. i dont know if it still helps you..

I´ll say here some things that might help for your problem:

Uploading EEPROM into an Ericsson phone doesn´t interfere at all with its software.. unless during the uploading process for some reason you flashed the flash area (software area). Unless this happened you have only two other reasons for the phone become dead:

An hardware problem..
or Some data in EEPROM that makes phone not to start. In this case the phone still starts even you dont see anithyng at all on screen.

I believe none of this two situations happened with your phone.. it is more probable that your flash/software memory has been damaged. Even so, the phone should start upon ON pressing. If the phone is dead, it is probable that you dont know its batery state.. it is probable that it doesn´t charge the battery at all. Connect 5V to data cable linking pin 10 to GND and 11 to +5V (from left to right) while you make another try. Dont forget to disconect power and battery between each try, because the phone might be in a state that wont accept boot sequence anymore.

the phone can not conect when press No ,but
discontect bat ,conect cable ,press on sw any function that t ask u to power on phone ,now put charged batarey and ts conect
or press no and put batarey to phone .must conect

Sorry Dixon, i´m not sure i understood your message, anyway, thinking about T28 phones that do not start even just for flash:

There area some hardware problems that may be responsable for it, one of them and the most usual is the PA IC.

Try this solution
connect the phone to cable without battery
and open the program which you upload eeprom or flash
and when the program ask to press NO button
put the battery and then wait it will work
and goog luck
