could any one plz know wht software it insert a Picture in the 2618 ???????

Use the one called MyAnimation. It can be downloaded directly from the Ericsson website. But notice that you should use the original cable instead of the cable for unlocking. If you have only the unlocking cable, unsolder the two wires RX, TX and move them two pins to the left (with the keyboard at the top).
