How do i enter the unlocking codes to a T39? I got them by a remote unlocking server - GSM-Forum

Dear Friends,
I need your help on this:
I payed for a remote unlocking of a T39 and i got 4 codes. When i enter them to the phone as they are i get "Not allowed". Can somebody help, please?

and u will enter the network menu...enter the specific codes in the submenus where u see a locked padlock

My Friend Alinus,
I am entering the codes exactly as you told me, but the "Not Allowed" message comes always on the screen.
I'm afraid that , since all 4 locks are locked, the phone needs to be flashed.
I have all 4 codes, but noone is accepted.
Any ideas?

u need software &dongle to reset counter (div, total tool, terminator by softmobile....)

sollution is not free...
