i have problems with my r380 - GSM-Forum

i have an r380s:
phone r1b02
organiser r1b10

problem is that it can't communicate with my pc (using standard cable)

if someone can help me , or if someone can show me the way to upgrade my phon software (firmware, flash cable , programs)

please help , thanku

whot kind of cable are u using?

You have the first fw version. I suggest to you to go in a Ericsson Assistence Center to upgrade it.
