if there any dif. between T10 and T10s - GSM-Forum

Hi guys.
Sorry this questin may be stupid for you.
I am newbie at erics.
Annd if there difference between then do i need different (mbus) cable for them.
I bought cable for T10 and now i am trying to unlock T10s but phone don't respond.

By the way i want to back up flash and eeprom before unlocking which soft. do you recommend.

It's there a little difference between T10 & T18

You can Upgrade an T10 with T18's bin file !

It addings voice call functions and then automatical answer by flip
(if you add an ils on the pcb)

For making a backup of the eep and the flash, you can use JETHRO FLASHER or ALL ERICSSON by Varanius ...

But just for unlock you can use ATR service by ZULEA ( 5.0 I preffer)

You can also visit http://www.legag.com which is dedicated to ericsson phones .

Note: Be carefull with your cable It might not be exactly the same pinouts with old ericssons like 788 !!!
Maybe your cable is that ?

Yep you are right the cable is for 788
i have JETHRO FLASHER but i don't know the flash and eeprom size of t10s

by the way can i modify it (cable) to work with t10s

For modifying the cable you can take look on a small difference on here :

You are just one pin to change of place

==> from pin 12 (5V) to 8

For the flash size , I don't know !

But you can make a read flash before while selecting the higher size and you will see the real size when the bin file is going writen on your hard drive !

But I think it's about 2 MO not 4 sure !
