my T.10 hangs - GSM-Forum

Hi all nice guys:
I have a T.10 wich some times hangs.(I mean nothing on the LCD changes).Some times turns on and off itself.
Do you think it is hardware or software and wht do you suggest to do 4 this?

Hello M8

The problem sounds like Software problem my advice is m,ake a backup of your Eeprom and use All Ericsson Service Software By Cage and click on test this will send Db to your phone and tell you if you have any problems, If you have any problem tick the factory reset box and click Start, Give it a go and let me know ??

This is problem with keyboard.
You need open phone and clean under plastic membranes (u must detach it from motherboard)
