problem with t28 software - GSM-Forum

no software for managing adressbook or sending sms with my phone is not working. i have a cable that is for everything(unlocking, flashing, etc.) - i was told that at tech support (official ericsson dealer). software version 010627 1610 (pretty new <img src="wink.gif" border="0"> - i'm talking about software that i downloaded from internet (it supposed to work with t28) and I know that everything's allright with my com port. any suggestions or links to really working software?

forgot that it's a T28s, and that i know for sure that cable is ok. software (tried 4 pc's different software - workshops and etc.) just doesn't find my phone

You'll never get in contct with SMS and phonebook-SW and your unlocking-cable!

For T28s you need the original cable to work with SMS-SW! <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

but what if even unlocking software doesn't find my phone? ATR5.3 e.g. And it's pretty strange, 'cause at support they told me that my cable is suitable for that (managing adressbook) and i just need to buy software.

hehe i've just tried that programm some posts below - called "cool" and it was the first SW my phone reacted! the letter received was "v"
