Member: 3815 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | some t28 are locked to certain sim card or network, meaning the t28 only works within that network or that certain sim card. if a different sim card has been used, the t28 refuses to operate. to unlock t28, purchase a datacable and download zulea's atr5.3 |
