Question about T28 - GSM-Forum

I am the new user of T28 and I saw many topic in here is about unlock the phone. Does any one tell me what is the advantage of unlock the T28? And How?

some t28 are locked to certain sim card or network, meaning the t28 only works within that network or that certain sim card. if a different sim card has been used, the t28 refuses to operate.

to unlock t28, purchase a datacable and download zulea's atr5.3
