R380s jammed. What can I do?

R380s jammed. What can I do?

Old Ericsson Phones & Sony Phones ALL Ericsson OR SONY Phones are here, you Can't Find "SonyEricsson" in there. only SONY old phones or Ericsson old Phones.. do we need to say it again :)

When I turn it on, the opener animation appears normally. Then it disappears and then it comes again. After that comes a failure notification that tells me to remove the battery and turn on R380 again. I do it but it won't help. If I press OK to that notification, it says "Warning, your phone maybe corrupt, reformat and lose all data? Yes/No". There's nothing important in my phone so I press "yes". But I can't do it, because after I've pressed "yes" comes "remove battery... etc.". If I press OK, "remove battery" notification comes on and on. What can I do? Can I do a master reset or formating some other way than entering system/preferences/master reset/?
