repair R380's work for me 100%!

I get one R380's can't power up....but communication whit pc is ok!
I get flash file on this forum for R380!
1.Use ATR 5.3 like R310!
2.Write eeprom and flash which is on the forum!
3.REPAIR IMEI and again same flash you must write(you will see message on sw)
4.That is all!

The problem is ahter only flashing I get allways message (Incorect sim), I try to unlokc but no help!
This is only way how you can repair this not bad phone!

Good luck!

You can unlock it with ATR5.3 but choose t10.it works fine for me.

Man i don't know if that is the same problem but ,if you dropped it down the ground sometimes the pins that are soldered on the pcb are scrued. So you can check them out (use soldering iron or hot air ****er). If that's not the problem check If there is any RX and TX signal .Use ATR 5.3

Hello,
Just saw this and have the interest.
I tried on about 4 occassions to flash this phone using the method said here, but each time it stops at 99% and gives me an error message.
This made me stop trying to flash the phone.
If any idea why, can some1 tell me ?
Thanks

Never handle an R380 like R310 - you will only "tamper" it.
Always use T1x selection in ATR 5.3

Memory organization:
  1. EEPROM 64KB (first 32KB has almost the same format as T10/T18, the upper 32KB is used for voice memo).
  2. AVR flash 2MB (not much difference from T10/T18).
  3. PDA flash 8MB (contains almost all user data, may be flashed by EMMA II or Fighter).

I have 2 R380s which does not even communicate with nothing...
is the touch screen (AFAIK the "No/PWR" button also belongs there) in any connection with power supply? or if it is a purely sw function, and the corresponding software is missing/damaged, what can I do about it? some autoignition or what?

(I have fighter )
