t28 4 locks closed - GSM-Forum

after using atrserv5.3 i get now all locks closed, and insert correct card

i tired to upload some eeproms and flashing with some flashes, but still the same

any solution plz ?

phone is 00w44 cxc 125115

hi try to flash your phone with good flash and use repair opcion in atr 5.3 <->
