t28 fast discharge battery


hello all
i have ericsson t28 which switch on, and normally worked, but consume about 300 mA in "stand by" mode (without simcard, buckground light...)
i try to desolder PA, power supplier, check charger circuit...
and now i don't know what damaged?
may be reflash...
please help me.

thanks for answear.
PA is normal (itis not a RM009, in my T28 stay PA planar TO24)
i desolder PA and switch on but phone consume 300 mA too.
any other idea
