t28 unable to unlock ... detecting as T1x or r310 - GSM-Forum

hi i flashed this t28 , changed eep also and now i can`t unlock it..
becaause the soft sees the phone as t1x or r310 ..

what`s the fault ?

use atr 5.0 or 5.2 all wd be alright....

it's not problem choose only r310 and press unlock .

i used atr50 and detecting as r310 ...soft says unlocking .. but the phone is still locked
with atr 53 i selected t1x and r310 ..says unlocking.. but problem remaines..phone still locked
i flashed the phone i changed eep , still no unlocking .

Try unlocking in another computer, works for me sometimes.

Selecting r310 must help , maybe jokkergsm's phone has damaged eeprom and all locks closed ?

most likely a bad eeprom, advice is you should back up the eeprom before writing another eeprom

There is a problem in processor of your phone.Boot area in it is damaged and any soft with auto recognisition of phone model will recognise it as T1x/R310.So only solution for me is to write BIN flash/BIN eeprom,readed from one phone.

i tried with another computer and no result

... but unfortunately i forgot the phone at home and cannot try to write eep and flash from 1 phone... i will write tomorrow and post result..
