Is there any solution to unlock it? I have a terminator dongel and div...
Any solution to unlock it? Maybe firmware upgrade?? Or someting like that?

Use ATR service v5.3 free software and any T28 serial data cable. You also must use Windows 95 or Windows 98

I don't have flash file I'm afraid. I never need to change language as all T28 have English, and if I have a faulty phone with software problem it goes in the trash
