T28sc message report - GSM-Forum

The T28sc does not support the message report , is it possible to enable it when compose the message adding some special characters?

If your message is "Hello...." try writing "*N#Hello..." (type *N# before your message)

Is it valid in the China, the network provider is China Mobile.
