Trying to flash a SH888 - GSM-Forum

Help!

Have been trying to read or write a flash to a SH888 phone with no sucess.

The only software that I got to partly work is Ericsson Tool 2.2 by Saras. But it drops out of reading the flash at different times it can be 1/3 or 2/3 of the way then gives an error message. The software works better on a laptop rather than my desktop?

USPU 4.38 instructions I can't get to work. Do I need some more flash files and if so where?.

If anyone can give me some help or know where I can get it flashed (cheaply?) I would be most greatful.

sara's works fine!
Problems can be with fast machines!

I tried sara's on 166MHz, 333MHz, 750MHz and 900MHz machines. All using WIN98 --------- The best results (NO ERROR) with 166MHz machine!
