tuchscreen problem r380e - GSM-Forum

it's a wile since i didn't use my r380e and when i open it i notice a strange problem: the upper right corner of the tuchscreen dosen't work. when i tuch something in that corner it's starting the light and make clik but it dosen't open what i've presed but someting down like "new ink note" in front page with "phone" icons opened.
i've reformat it with 112 and twice YES but the problem persist.
It's a tuchscreen problem or a soft problem?

i've stored it for a long period of time betwin other phones. is it posible that the batery of other mobile phones decalibrate the r380 screen?

or help me with a code that is rotate the hole sreen for the left handed.
