The software doesn't work...
...I tried. phone F*UCKED up.
Just leave jour phones there will be a solution in some time. Or go to gsmhacking and repair bij log. But this are HOLLYWOOD prices!

Florin_M you said you coud repair the a2618s, can you also unlock it? If yes make a price!
