| Not unlocking smart team help i have 20 smart unlockers and i can not get 1 to unlock any fones except sendo need help tried on V300 V500 V525 V600 E1000 updated all clips to version 2.11 and no joy unlocking anybody else had any issues Tried all differant cables Cables on smart clip that work aswell but not on smart unlocker |

| its good to see good support i have found the problem all the usb ports on the clip are set to far back so you dont get a usb connection |

| Yes i tried with smart clip & smart Unlocker would not unlock e1000 phone rebooted but it still asked for sub code (0.6.1.2) even if i manually powered the phone after it goes off it made no differance |

| Maybe you have a repair cable? Check the pinout at http://www.smart-clip.com/pinout_p2k_to_usb.pdf, make sure you have a "Standard cable", try to unlock again. | i have an other pb mr sc support e1000 bootloader 0.6.1.2 sw version E1000-u-80.3f. 37.00.02p smart can not unlock e/g goes directly to red light even if all is ok |

| Thanks for your fast reply!!!!! I use same cable to unlock v300,v545 ect......... When i unlock e1000 boot version 0.1.6.2 something like that..... Phone goes to boot mode ubs transfer ok then phone reboots smartclip for 1 sec like turns off then back on again with both led red/green i try many other methods like to power on phone just after boot screen goes off but makes no differance still it ask for sub code. |

| I have sold about 15 SmartUnlockers but 1 of them will not Unlock the Phone. I tried with V525, V550 and C975 but the e/g light is red. I have to change the Clip but what should i do with this one which doenst work?? I changed also the Pinouts from the Cable like in PDF but the same problem. |

| Now another Customer has bring in a SmartUnlocker back... I thought the People are playing with the Hardware of the Unlockers but my Security Label is on it... This Unlocker has also v2.11 and he can Unlock C975 Phones but not V3 Phones. When he presses with Unlock the e/g Light is going into Red with V3 Phone. I checked the cable but the same problem... What is the Problems with Smart Unlockers?? Smart Clip was working 100000000% better than Smart Unlocker Regards Semaf Electronics www.semaf.at |

| I know that is supported by SmartUnlocker. We unlocked the V3 with that way... 1. Switch On Phone 2. Connect Phone with SmartUnlocker 3. Press Unlock and wait the e/g light is "green" If SmartUnlocker will not Boot so we are doing it manually. I tried with an another SmartUnlocker and it Unlocked without any problems.. This one is not unlocking. |
