Pleas help me to Repair V3 - GSM-Forum

I have V3 with boot loader 08.23
sw Version:R374_G_0E.40.9CR
Some budy flash him with backup R374_G_0E.40.3CR
now phone open in test mode, i can find phone with
Smart moto but i can't Enter Flash mode:

Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... 8.23
Sending boot... load error

Please tell me how i can repair this phone
