smart unlocker always from green to red light, not unlock anything - GSM-Forum

just received my 2nd box, this time smart unlocker, i use smart clip for a long time already, but unfortunatly it dont work, always after pressing unlock button, it change from green to red after 20 seconds, never connect, i try use the same cables as sc, connect to 9volt regulated pwr supply, nothing, I believe they sent me a bad box.

You guys should test them 1st b4 sending them out, now i need to send back via fedex or dhl and it will coct me another 80 usd and lose a lot of time, this is very disapointing, please understand, if this happend to you , how would you feel?
please help to fix this locally, i hear sc team can help so i can fix that myself.

What models did you try to unlock?

one thing is wrong as I desribed above, it change to red light after 5 seconds not 20 seconds, and I tried about 5 different motorolas: V180, V551, V300 and 2 sets of cables the old ones from smart clip and the new ones from smart-unlocker, I used my old smart-clip to unlock them after many unsuccessfull tries, the log does not inicate any fault:

SmartClip update software
Warning: make sure you use power adapter!

Clip serial: (....)
Firmware version: 2.15
login... OK
Server firmware version: 2.15
SmartClip doesn't need update
e version: 2.15
SmartClip doesn't need update

maybe new update will fix that problem, maybe sc-team can enable update of clip to same version again, to rewrite the program and fix bugs, so we dont need to wait for next version (2.16), thank you for your help.

I want to warn all from www.gsmserver.com they sent me faulty box and dont reply to any of my email, I will make credit card back charge and get my money back, buy from other more trustable company like i-phone etc.
