Question Smart-Unlocker red light blinking ?

Hi,

I have a strange problem with my smart-unlocker - it has been working fine but the last few times I've tried to use it I've noticed the the red (E/G) led has started blinking. ( 1 second intervals ) I've tried a connecting a new battery and my power adapter (thinking it could be a low voltage warning) but still the same problem. I can still use it but if left for 1 second after the led (the same led) glows green (after completed unlock) it will start the unlock process over again unloess I unplug the phone immediately on the led lighting up.
I'm not sure if it's a coincidence but it's only started since I updated it last week.
I also have a smart-clip which works fine with both the batteries and the power adapter. Both the same version 2.15.

I've searched the Forum and found a similar problem but no solution - any advise please. ( It may be a one for GSM Server Team ) Thank you.

Regards, Zingaro.

@loneunlocker - I don't understand that either, I've always used a battery since my smart-clip was new (I bought it last year) - I only ever use my adapter when I'm updating.

I think I might have sussed it - I think the unlock button must be sticking intermittently - you can simulate the fault if you hold the unlock button down.
It's working for now - I guess I'll have to see how it goes.

This is an alternative connector, in case if you need to use your clip without main power. For all other cases use adapter...
