please is it just me or can other people view this file because i have tried on two different computers and i can not get this file to work at all any ideas most welcome?

I never used it. If you have any problem just ask here and we will try to help you. Also I develop a guide and it's uploaded, I must improve the guide but I haven't too much free time...

use your swap the way u would use a usr.
if u get bad communication, consider writting e2p(u may confirm such a phone with other freeware that dont tell bad comm twister might tell u epprom ime currupt)
. wright fls with fbus. thats all no need for manual if u need test point locations then use latest usr and get sst test point info they r all the same. there is also another upgrade vr out there. consider swap help and free ur self from stress
