swap installation - GSM-Forum

I have swap box and I installed box drivers (rocky4 ?)so when I start the software it's shows me dogle ID but not the box ID.
When I try to use it it gives me "Box busy or not connected"
Where I made mistake and can anyone help me to fix the problem

You have read dongle ID and then registering you SWAP box.Dongleidreader software download from swapsupport.

I downloaded the doglereader and I have acces to support but I can not install damn box driver CAN'T FIND IT

C:\program files\SWAP\box driver

DOES NOT EXIST FILE "BOX DRIVER" just "swap_driver"

First of all, install dongle driver (not attached dongle)
than plug it to computer's usb port.
windows xp auotomatically recognize it.
then plug the usb cable to usb socket of box. and use swap driver.
read dongle serial number and fill the form on www.swapsupport.com
your login details will send your email address.
download swap 1.10 and install it.
run the proggramme and press read info button.
sen it hardware id to your reseller and get the activation code from your reseller. and activate the box.
