this is the one problem whith g 402i. work on infrared or cable. which cable work. i by the box 4 days ago and i have many cable.

And i have one pieces tsm7 v22. i update the box vhith TSMbox+ Maintence Tool software for working whith new grundig, but the software for tsm 7 v22 now give me a eror .
ERROR: This soft requires TSMbox module 1.02 or higher the box
using "TSMbox+ Maintence tool " sftware.

Where is the problem????

Cable for G402i and all Grundig is now special USB cable, this cable is new so chinese factories dont have this cable ready, you can find the cable schematics on support area.

I will check the TSM7 v22 direct unlocker.
