my software is updated and my acount is active, but when i try to connect box with alcatel software, it said:

Checking hardware
Connecting to box ...
Connected OK
Box S/N: xxxxxxxxxx
Kernel version: 01.03
Contacting server...
Error contacting server !!!

any solution to this problem?

no server and no more update.buy other box
