hi

I have a problem making this cable Im downloaded diagram from support zone but not lucky device error when connect phone what shoul I do or this diagram dont work on x5?.

Pinout for support is for Grundig USB models.

Grundig X5 cable is cable marked as Vk207i from TSMbox+ cable set.
