Please tell me how to get the software for tsmbox+?
How to get the username and password?
and How to get the maintenance software?

I got the tsmbox and cables only.
not have driver for tsmbox,
not have IRDA for tsm100 and tsm30.

You can go here http://www.tsmbox.com/download.html

Download drivers and maintenance tool and activate your box, then you can enter support area with user / pass provided.

link is working yes but downloading grundig direct not TSM7 please fix it

Yes, its same soft, TSM7 and Grundig g402i is all included in same soft.

Please go here:

http://www.tsmbox.com/download.html

1.- Install TSMbox+ drivers and activate your box using TSMbox+ Maintenance Tool

2.- After succesfully box activation you can enter support area with the username and password you provide in customer information

If Maintenance Tool just give you box update then you already activate box, use same user pass you put to activate box, if you dont activate box ask your reseller which user and pass they put to activate box.
