hi guys, i just receive my TSM box and i download the Matador engine but don't know how to activate it or to get the setup.

I have grunding x5 Firmware Version : GRUNDIG X5_SP740M 10.01.05-T stuck on startup logo.I try unlock & repair in ver1.2 but no success.
Please help me to repair this handset.
