We just released a new update for TSMbox+, now its standalone unlocker for all TSM7 VERSIONS all Grundig g402i VERSIONS (FIRST IN THE WORLD)

Ask for update to your reseller, tomorrow will be active Support area.

Note: Ask me to get update if you cant wait.

As always , we use irda but now it dont need internet connection.

Hi Nadorman,
We will check this error, and solve as soon as possible. We think that is a new subversion inside V SW-71100308 ( SW-71100308 "B"). But most of them can be unlocked without problems

Please check package contains www.tsmbox.com

Package
1 TSMbox+
28 cables (check list and you won’t find IrDA cable)

IrDA cable is an extra service we provide to help customers that dont find it, you must ask for it.

You are in Shenzhen where electronic´s dream can be a reality. Just check for IRda to Com port ( actisys 220 L + or compatible).

I try many many IRDA,but not working.
I think the sofware working with actisys 220L only.
but I can't find actisys 220L in shenzhen.
Have you the model IRDA?

You must try without driver intalled. Use irda COM cables as normal cable without driver and problem solved.
