opening port error - GSM-Forum

i try to unlock a number of tsm 7 with has the older version but always give error opening port ,what is worng,please help cos is becoming too much.

Hi Sesime,

What ´s kind of irda do you use? Did your pc find phone when you connect it ( i mean power ON)?

yes my computer detects my phone before unlocking it
