Pantech Module FREEZES when Connect Phone - GSM-Forum

Is there any way to resolve this problem?

The Pantech Module crashes as soon as i press the "Connect Phone" button.

Pantech_service_software V1.9
TSMbox+ - fully updated

I have tried on three different computers and same problem.

No antivirus software running. and no firewall.

I also tried to connect with my computer running Safe Mode. No luck.

Atteched is a screen shot.

Please provide any assistance.

Please post here OS version and CPU, RAM etc... from your computer.

Windows XP

Freezes on service pack 1 and 2

1gb Ram

120 MB hard Drive

Tried on 3 different computer, SO i am sure it is not a computer issue.

It is a problem with the TSM Pantech software.

if u use pantech soft in desktop pc ll work fine , this problem its only in notebook pcs

I have same problem. Whenever i press on connect to phone, the software crashes. Even if there is no phone connected.

My comp is:
p4 1.8Ghz
256 ram
windows xp sp2

forgot to mention:
vitel module and grundig module dont crash . Only pantech

Antivirus deactivated, no firewall.

Other software works fine (jaf box, ns box, etc)
