Matador Engine Maintenance Tool v1.5 tell me failure to connecting to server please check that your internet connection is working. but I'm connected

whats happening tsmbox team today i tried my new box in 20 phones and cant unlock nothing

with 15 tsm1 southamerica:

ok i solve the tsm1 problem , but what about vle , when i make directunlock all phones are restarting and dont give nck and reset codes

Hi mates, with 4 PCBs same problem--->the message was reading codes OK, but did not appear neither asteriscs nor numbers into the window´s fields, and with direct unlock got error message, same as reading full flash.
Please, need an answer.

I also have the same problem with Alcatel OT-C551a, Alcatel OT-C552a, Alcatel OT-C557a, Alcatel OT-C560a...
Raeding codes ok but asterix instead of numbers, I use my polarbox 2 and it does display the numbers.

Please we really need a good update!!!!

And please solve the internet connection of your server because I cannot get any files from matador engine support.

Hi, my problem with tsm-box is when registering the data I have east error:

Access violation at address 00528A3B in module "Matador_Engine_Maintenance_tool_v1.5.exe". Read of address 00000000
my number of box is S/n: 010010475e, test in 2 pc
