i receive today my new tsmbox+, download Matador Engine Maintenance Tool v1.5. and manual, my tsmbox is installed properly, my firewall is desactivated but the soft says "box no found" whats the problem??

"box not found" is because soft cannot find usb device, please check on ur pc that all usb devices appear ok
