Hi Clifford25502,

Sorry for my delay. Unfortunatly you can´t unlock tsm100/ tsm30 with usb irda, you need COM PORT IRDA (actyssys 200L + or compatible). There isn’t another way to work with those phones. If you have problem to get this irda in your country, please contact me in private and i will make good offert for it.
