polar team when are you going to update alcatel models it has been month and all oyu have added is free stuff..please we need support for c552..

And how long we must wait for this update and what new will be. I need know becouse I think thak this product for now is a bed support for alcatel and for this I buy it. No full flash in support section the same with language flash to alcatel and not support serie Exxx and no support cloning all TH alcatel and other thing. No real update from 2-3 month. I need answer will be serious update soon or not. If not I buy other product and this I sell and all fraind tell that is a bad product. bye

Hi Gee,

We are trying to make the best for our customers.
But at this time we not have nothing for this phone, even still awaiting this phone from one customer because nobody send me and in our country NOT exists.
Otherwise is a hard solution, not exist nothing in market for this, take a look ...

As I told to our customers a lot of times, we are solving and fixing a lot of bugs. Updates will come in few time ...
