BIG Problem !! - GSM-Forum

i have a big problem with my polar

when i execute for exemple the philips software, the program appear normaly
but when i clic (connect to phone) the program is off and i need to lunch it ...

any solution !!!!

this problem i got it with all polar software

any body can help !!!
