big problem with polar dongle

i have correctly installed rhe polar driver and the soft lounch correctly but, so i clck on connect button then the soft ask me powerin the phone, and when i power on the gsm , the programm automaticaly shutdown!! plz help me must have answer in urgent an d10x in advence

Thumbs up solution for test :)

try this freind:
1- uninstall all polar driver and soft
2- reboot your computer
3- install only driver and rebbot again
4- install soft and run it and hopethat all will be ok

test and post replay here

I do exactely wat you said in post but still the same think and only for alcatel 155 and 156 ? it so mad !!!!!!!

Try in the official forum, it will be faster. Do you installed the drivers of the dongle without connect the dongle?? Also tell us which is your OS and something about what do you have...

First of all, download from support latest software of philips.
U must have a correct *.plb license, not old license *.dat.
If still not working, send me your serial number and reseller name to support@polarbox.net.
