changing language on ***

hi all.
i have a ***, i wanna make a french lang to it and i red it by polar soft, the soft say that it include the french lang but there is no french in the phone.
it's version ***3v and i see that there is no file with ***3v in the support area that include the french language. can i flash it with another flash
in the support area i found this files:
