1.- How can I install my PolarBox ?

- Enter to Polarbox Support and download Software and Drivers. If you not have access ask to your reseller for this.

- Install Rockey4 USB Drivers and reboot your computer, after this connect your dongle.

- Check the green light of the Rockey USB Dongle. If the light is blinking then the dongle is not correctly installed (try to put in other usb port or reinstall drivers)

- When you execute any software of Polarbox this will create a directory in C:\ called Polar_Dongle_Data and inside this directory one file called Polar_Box_Dongle.txt

- This file Polar_Box_Dongle.txt contains serial dongle and email adress. Please add your reseller name to this file and send to this email adress.

- After this, in few hours you will receive one mail attached with a file called xxxxx.plb. Put this file in the same holder than the Polarbox Software and now your dongle is ready to work.

- Please save this file in secure place, with this new reg file you will be able to run the Software in ALL COMPUTERS. (Now not needed to do regs in each computer)

2.- How can I get PolarBox Support Access?

* Ask to your reseller, he will give you.
* Too you can send us a mail at [email protected] with this info:

- Dongle Serial.
- Name of your Reseller.



3.- Can I Kill my phone unlocking with PolarBox Service Software?

* No. Software only modify few bytes of lock zone inside the phone.


4.- My phone doesn´t works after unlocking ... What can I do ?

* PolarBox is the only software that brings you the possibility of relocking automatically your phone.
When you unlock one phone, software do automatically backup of your locked zones. For restore your phone to original state, only you need to click in the "Relock" button.

If the phone is a *** o Th4, PolarBox give you two ways for repair it:

--> Warning !!! Allways do FULL BACKUP of your phones before.

Repair Method:

* Download from /Repairs/ directory the zip file with same model and version of your phone.
* Unzip this file inside "Repairs" directory.
* Connect phone and click in "Rep. Unlock" button.

FullRepair Method:

If with this method u can´t revivor phone, then will do this:

* Download from /Full_Repairs/ directory the zip file with same model and version of your phone.
* Unzip this file inside "FullReps" directory.
* Connect phone, go to "Full Repair" section and clicks on "Write Full Repair"
* Select file desired and unzip inside "FullReps and wait to finish process.
* If the phone not fullflashed (destroyed TEH zone) before, now will work without errors.
* Then only need to do "Unlock".


5.- Possible to flashing/repairing phones with PolarBox?

Yes. Allways that phone before not was fullflashed (and destroyed TEH zone) and got his original TEH zone.
For repairing phone, please read carefully the Section 4.


6.- How can I use the "Repair Flashes ?

Please read carefully the Section 4.

hi Mr windigo and very thanx for your work updating polar box, but why i don't suppoirt phillips 160 ?

why you need to get the phone !!, it must be more hard to get it, but we can send you the readed flash, and this will be easy for you and for us !! and you can add new update every day...
