how to unlock with polar, i can't!! - GSM-Forum

hi all
i bought this dongle yesterday, and today i was trying to unlock with an BE4 300, but i always got (Communication Error With Phone) in the software
what have i did wrong, plz need explanation.
i'm newbe in alcatel, so i unlock with or without battery, i power on the phone or not......??

1- Clean the Connector and put Cable phone must be OFF that's All .
2- Software Worcking 100% Tested by me .
------ Alcatel Be4 Connected Ok. -------
Flash................... Micron 2Mb
Operator/Country.......... BOUYGUES / FRANCE

yes the conector was damaged, i cleaned it but now i have this message:
Flash..................... UnkNown

Possible that u got one version not supported in our software.
U can read fullflash ?

yeah alcatel have some versions not supported

and small bugs to fix wendigo please repair that small bugs in next updates

Hi UCPM

We start few time ago polar proyect ... I know that we are little bugs and phones not supported in alcatel modules (we arent perfect

) but is only in olders Alcatel Softwares (like BE BF). Since BG3 I think all phones are supported. This is because is hard at this days get ALL versions of BE and BF phones. Even unsupported version must get in hand this phones, and people not like to send us phones for release updates

Wendigo I will improve my french and will try of get some of this phones from Bouygues France. UCPM, PolarForum works really well and answer even faster. Also you have specific forums for each topic. Please register there and we will manage to help you in english, french or spanish
